"Today on Monday December 16th 2024 I here by decree the formation of the Greater Inter-Universal United Principality of Wilshire and Plymouth Colony as an Independent state loyal to none other than itself. I also do here by decree myself, William as the official President-Viceroyal-Emperor-Prince of the newly formed Greater Inter-Universal United Principality of Wilshire and Plymouth Colony. The formation of this country is due to the fact of my disliking for the way every country now-a-days is ruled, I also do belive that I have a sufficent claim to the former Plymouth Colony as I am related to Edward Winslow who at some point was the Governor of Plymouth. I also do claim the exo-planet known as TOI-2257 B which I am officialy renaming to Wilton. If Nato, the United states, or the UN has any problems with my claims they can schedule a well fashioned duel for the land. Until my claims are officially accepted by the leaders and governors of the United States our capital will be Wilton. Our country will be accepting citizens and will begin to make embassies so Wilshire can burst onto the world stage.
